Return Policy

Return Policy - Damaged Items.

We use professional Furniture Removalists accredited with AFRA to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your items. All items are carefully checked and signed off prior to leaving our warehouse.  If in the unusual situation an item is damaged in transit we will replace your item, or repair it to original condition. Any faults or damages must be lodged with House of Collections in writing within 2 working days of delivery, accompanied by digital photos.  Any goods signed for in good order and condition on delivery will not be considered for claim (as the opening to claim freight damage has been voided).  The customer reserves the right to unwrap the goods before signing, and reject delivery for freight damaged goods (ie. instruct carrier to reload goods and return to House of Collections). Claims will not be considered where the claim relates to the inherent nature of the product. Claims will not be considered where the goods have been refinished / upholstered by others. Claims will not be accepted where the purchaser has chosen to place the items in storage / delivered to the premises of a third party.

Return Policy - Change of Mind

With us it is ok if you change your mind!  Your satisfaction is our number one priority and we are happy to accept returns and offer you a store credit within if you follow these instructions:

1. Notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your goods and supply us with digital photographs of the items in their original packaging (if supplied)

2. Pay for the cost of returning the item to us

4. Return the item to us in its original packaging without any damage

Please note that we cannot accept a return if:

1) You have damaged the item or altered it in any way (including staining, painting and upholstery)

2) You do not notify us in writing within 7 days and supply us with digital photographs of the items showing no damage and with their original packaging

3) You do not return the item to us in its original packaging

4) The item is damaged whist in transit back to us and not covered by transit insurance
